    Family Service Coordination at Buckelew Programs provides referrals and education to Sonoma County residents supporting a loved one with behavioral health or situational challenges. A Family Service Coordinator helps families navigate services by connecting them with Sonoma County Mental Health and other community resources for themselves or a loved one.

  • NAMI Family Support Group.

    The NAMI Family Support Group is a free, confidential drop-in group for adult family members and caregivers of individuals living with serious mental illness. Meetings are held weekly on Zoom and in person. Led by trained family members, the group offers a safe space to share and learn coping strategies.

    Sonoma Community Action Networks (CAN) helps families reduce stress and improve well-being by addressing both economic and mental health needs. Using a Whole Family Approach and through support with food, housing, and financial guidance, and with the help of bilingual Community Health Workers, families can focus on healing and growth.
