Their 120-day program, followed by an eight month AfterCare program and transitional housing, helps women achieve sobriety, independence, and strong family bonds. It prioritizes pregnant and parenting women while offering support to all women in need.

The A.A. Sonoma County Intergroup Fellowship is part of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), a worldwide fellowship that provides a supportive and structured path to recovery for individuals struggling with alcohol addiction. Through the 12-step program, members learn to embrace honesty, self-reflection, and spiritual growth, helping them achieve sobriety and a renewed sense of purpose. A.A. Sonoma County Intergroup Fellowship offers in-person and online meetings are offered.
