Here are some of the warning signs you may see when someone is experiencing a mental health crisis:
Severe mood swings that affect relationships
Intense worries or fears that get in the way of daily activities
Self harm
Talk of or thoughts of suicide
Changes in eating habits
Sleeping too much or not enough
Significant weight loss or gain
Drastic changes in behavior or personality
Extreme difficulty in concentration
Extreme risk-taking behavior
